One year after their expulsion, the people of Gaza dedicated a sefer Torah. Each community received a letter, as well as Avi Berman, Director of the OU Israel Center. The Torah will be kept at the Kotel until it can be returned to Gaza, and the people expelled from their homes can read from it in their rebuilt synagogues.
