This workshop will explain the physical and emotional factors that cause us (and our children) to respond to situations in ways we later regret. The beliefs and emotional memories that contribute to charged reactions will be presented, with an emphasis on the ways parents inadvertently add fuel to the fire. Research-based ways to find a calm and thoughtful perspective will be provided.
