It’s smoothie season again. Here are some easy favorites to get your day started – or for any other time in fact.
Peach-Mango Smoothie:
- ½ cup sliced peaches (frozen or fresh)
- ½ cup mango pieces (frozen or fresh)
- ½ cup peach or mango nectar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) container peach or vanilla yogurt
Purée all ingredients in blender.
Banana Smoothie:
- ½ cup milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 banana
- Dash nutmeg
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
Purée all ingredients in blender.
