It’s smoothie season again. Here are some easy favorites to get your day started – or for any other time in fact.

Peach-Mango Smoothie:

  • ½ cup sliced peaches (frozen or fresh)
  • ½ cup mango pieces (frozen or fresh)
  • ½ cup peach or mango nectar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) container peach or vanilla yogurt

Purée all ingredients in blender.


Banana Smoothie:

  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 banana
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

Purée all ingredients in blender.
