Things are Getting More Serious

August 09, 2006

Dear All,

Although the news is full of talk of a pending ceasefire, the facts on the ground are very different. More and more regular soldiers and reservists are being sent to the front as the army prepares for a massive ground-force attack.

Our tefillot are ever more important.

Please add Oran Rephael Hacohen ben Leah [Lewis] to your list of names. Oran is the son of very precious friends of ours. Oran's unit went in to Lebanon this afternoon. Their phones have been taken away from them as the Hizbollah have the technology to track the signals.

We at least speak to Dov daily. I cannot imagine how we would cope without that "luxury".

Please share with as many friends as possible. The more Tehillim and the more Tefillot that are said, the safer our brave soldiers, [and their not so brave parents] are, Be'Ezrat Hashem (With G-d's Help).

Chaim
