A Difficult Period

July 28, 2006

Our son dov called this morning. We could hear the noise of the artillery shells in the background but he's doing fine b"h.
He is sleeping outside next to his armored missile launcher, but they are issued a matress each.
Unreal, but thank g-d for the cell phone.
Our daughter-in-law is being very brave, and we're very proud of both of them.
Should israel complete the mission - definitely.
Do we want our son back home safe and sound with his family? - even more
definitely.
Very difficult period.
We cry for the families whose sons aren't coming home, we pray for the injured, and we live in hope that our lives will get back to normal as soon as possible.
