Bar Yochai

By Avraham Arieh Trugman

In your cave at night
secrets hover like angels
looking for a friend.

You sit by your candle
and spin a web of connection,
unity of worlds barely perceived,

Piercing through galaxies
light years away,
river flowing down
of heavenly dew.

And you anoint with thought
the eternal soul,
that graces for a moment
its dwelling place below.
