BONUS:  FREEZER TRICK for FISH!

Take advantage of SALES! Purchase salmon, tilapia, flounder or cod in family sizes on SALE!  Remove them from their styrofoam base and clear plastic wrappings.  The wrapping is NOT meant for freezing properly!

If using right away, take out fillets you need, then place the rest in a Tupperware Freezermates container which has stain guard.  Cover with cool water and seal container, freeze.

Next time you need some fish, simply take the container to the sink, remove the fish in a block of ice easily. Run warm water over the pieces you need, they will drop off; put the rest untouched frozen fish back in the freezer until next time!

You have saved money by buying in bulk, but keeping it fresh., wasting nothing!
