Dear Synagogue Leader,

Thank you for responding to the OU Reflector Belt initiative to ensure the safety of your synagogue members. According to our records, an order was made by a leader in your synagogue within the past year for safety belts. Before sending additional belts to your synagogue, we would like to know the status of this previous order. Our supply of reflector belts is limited, and we want to make sure that each recipient synagogue needs the amount that has been ordered.
