Says Rabbi Dovid Kupchik, Chairman of the Young Israel of West Hempstead’s Adult Education Committee, “There is already a buzz in the streets of West Hempstead in anticipation of Rabbi Weil’s visit for Shabbat Parshat Shemot. The Young Israel community feels honored to have a rabbinic leader of his caliber from the OU who has contacts with Jewish communities around the world and who grapples with current issues facing Jews in America and beyond. The community is looking forward to his lectures and Shabbat morning sermon.”
