OU JOB BOARD AND ASSEMBLYMAN DOV HIKIND PRESENT AUGUST 30 JOB FAIR, IN BORO PARK, BROOKLYN
The OU Job Board | Employment and Resumé Opportunities and Assemblyman Dov Hikind announce a Job Fair for Tuesday, August 30 in Brooklyn. The Fair will take place from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at the wheelchair accessible Renaissance Ballroom and Caterers, 5902 14th Avenue, Boro Park. Fair registration is currently underway for employers. Online registration for job seekers opens Thursday, August 11 at www.oujobs.org.
Registration for both employers and job seekers is mandatory and free. Walk-ins will be accepted after 12:30 p.m.
Employers with available jobs are encouraged to contact Michael Rosner, Director of the OU Job Board. Employers are equipped with a display table and chairs, Wi-Fi, promotional signage, snacks and promotional ads.
At past OU Job Fairs in the United States and Israel, individuals have been hired on the spot or scheduled to visit a company for a second interview.
Declared Mr. Rosner, “Past OU Job Fairs have been tremendously beneficial for both employers and job seekers, as we limit the job candidates who attend the fairs to only those qualified for the positions advertised. In doing this, we receive a higher quality of people whose expertise is the job looking to be filled.
