Attention Teens: For Your Free IPod, Register by March 1 to Attend NCSY Summer Programs

31 Jan 2006

The Orthodox Union’s National Conference of Synagogue Youth (NCSY) is offering a FREE iPOD to all teenagers who register by March 1 to attend NCSY’s upcoming summer programs.

To receive this free iPod, registrants must attend a summer program, and use the coupon code ‘mp613’ with online registration at www.summerprograms.org.

“The iPOD is the kiruv (outreach) tool of the 21st century, and with it teenagers can take their NCSY summer experience home with them,” declared Rabbi Steven Burg, NCSY National Director. “After the summer, teens will be able to relive the Kumzits (songfests), shiurim (classes), and other summer inspiration all year round with mp3 downloads, from ‘mp613’ on the NCSY website.”

According to Ouriel Hazan, Director of NCSY Summer Programs, “A summer with NCSY is an experience teenagers don’t want to miss. We have programs tailored for yeshiva students, public school students, teens who have a passion for travel, teens who want to build their learning skills, teens with an affinity for chessed projects (volunteering), and teens who prefer programs rich with sports and recreational activity.”

“Whether one is interested in becoming a counselor for a camp in the Ukraine; playing sports in a sleep-away camp on the East Coast; riding horses through the gorgeous Golden Acres campus in upstate, NY; traveling through Spain, Italy, and France; visiting Poland; volunteering in Israel at hospitals, an army base, and a camp for kids with disabilities; or spending the summer touring through Israel, NSCY has the program for you,” Hazan said.

The experience is enhanced by NCSY’s stellar staff and dynamic program directors.

Space is filling up quickly. To register now and receive your FREE iPOD, go to www.summerprograms.org. For more information, call 1-888-TOUR-4-YOU or e-mail Ouriel Hazan at summer@ou.org.
