With Pesach approaching, we will look at ways to increase our Gratifying Communication. In the talk, we will examine:
- How to identify the goals of any communication.
- How to communicate so we are understood and heard.
- How to hear and listen effectively with the ultimate goal of a low stressed Pesach, filled with kindness and caring of ourselves and others.
