Many participants of the OU SPIRIT program are part of the Sandwich Generation and are actively involved in various forms of caregiving. Join us at a Let’s Talk session to share your experiences, learn from others, and receive support from those who may be in similar situations.

- Let’s Talk sessions will not be recorded.
- The Date/Time for this program may alternate so that people from various time zones are able to join.
- LET’S TALK is a social component of the Orthodox Union’s SPIRIT (The Stimulating Program Initiative for Retirees That Inspires Thought). Those who choose to participate in a LET’S TALK session will be assigned to a breakout room by the Host. Breakout Room assignments will be random and will allow for audio/video/chat interaction among participants. The Orthodox Union will not provide contact information following the program for any participants. Participants may provide their own contact information at their own discretion. The Orthodox Union assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any comments made during any LET’S TALK session or any follow-up interactions.
