Presented by: Dr. David Luchins

Dr. David Luchins is the Chair of the Political Science Department of Touro College and is the Founding Dean of the Lander College for Women – The Anna Ruth and Mark Hasten School.

He has served as Senior Advisor to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan of New York, and has been active in Jewish Communal Life since he became involved in the Orthodox Union’s NCSY program sixty years ago. He serves on the Board of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, and has been a visiting scholar at Aish HaTorah – Jerusalem for  the 36 last pre-COVID summers.
