Project Last Kindness presents: Putting Cremation on the Front Burner

Half of American Jews are Being Cremated Today. This workshop will teach you the why and how you can change the end of their story

You will learn:

  • Why are so many Jews are choosing cremation?
  • What are the consequences of cremation for the deceased?
  • What is our collective responsibility on this burning issue?
  • How you can get involved and change the eternity of another Jew?
  • How to speak to a family member about this sensitive topic?

Last Kindness, a division of NASCK, focuses on stemming the rise in cremation amongst American Jewry through awareness, education and practical assistance. Last Kindness was selected as a winner for the third cohort of the OU’s Impact Accelerator program.
