Revealing Jewish American Heroes: From the Revolutionary War to Today

In response to the misconception that “American Jews don’t serve their country,” join us for a talk and walk through our history following Jewish American heroes (over time).

Introduction by Josef Flaschner, a US army veteran, -He served from  1976-79 and was stationed in Frankfurt West Germany in the 3rd armor division as a trained Army photographer.

Presented by Jay Goldberg

Jay Goldberg is a retired NYC educator. He earned a B.A. in history and an M.A. in social studies education from Queens College and a P.D. in school administration and supervision from St. John’s University. Jay has always had an avid interest in American history and enjoys visiting historical sites throughout the U.S.. He has been a featured speaker on the topic of Jews in American history ,in various venues in New York, Boca Raton and on a cruise line.
