The OU’s Karasick Department of Synagogue Services recently held the first in a series of regional summits for youth professionals at the Young Israel of Hollywood, Florida. OU synagogue youth professionals and NCSY staff from the south came together for networking and interactive sessions, including “30 Innovative Programming Ideas in 30 Minutes” led by Avi Frier of the Young Israel of Hollywood, “Social Media for Youth Professionals” by NCSY’s Director of Marketing, Duvi Stahler, and a roundtable of brainstorming on marketing, fundraising and program design by Todd Cohn, Executive Director of NCSY Southern Region.
