SPIRIT: Caregiver Support Group

Are you a Caregiver to a spouse/partner, parent, or adult child, and need the support of others? 

The OU Spirit program is offering a Caregiver’s Support Group for caregivers of a variety of health issues.  Many common themes in overall caregiving can be very challenging.   You will feel heard, understood, and encouraged by others, and feel comfortable sharing your concerns and issues in a safe space.
