More praise for visiting speakers from OU Kosher Coming! On erev Shavuos, Rabbi Eli Eleff addressed 6th-, 7th-, and 8th-grade boys at the Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva, in Edison, NJ. He demonstrated a variety of issues pertaining to kashrus supervision, including such engaging tools as a video overview of the process and an interactive label analysis. On Isru Chag, Rabbi Reuven Nathanson gave a talk to 90 mesivta students on the topic of chalav Yisrael, pas Yisrael and bishul Yisroel, from historical background to practical applications. Both schools reported that the students enjoyed the presentations and gained tremendously in their understanding of and appreciation for the kashrus process.
