OU’s Rabbi Weil to Address ‘Evolution of World’s Greatest Leader’ at UPenn, 3/12

OU’S RABBI WEIL TO ADDRESS “THE EVOLUTION OF THE WORLD’S GREATEST LEADER,” MARCH 12 AT UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA

Rabbi Steven Weil, executive vice president of the Orthodox Union, will visit the University of Pennsylvania Jewish community on Tuesday, March 12 as part of the OU’s Seif Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus (JLIC) program. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., Rabbi Weil will present the Sol Sved Memorial Lecture, which takes place at the UPenn each Rosh Chodesh Nisan, discussing, “The Evolution of the World’s Greatest Leader.”

The free program, open to the entire student community, will be held at the University of Pennsylvania – Penn Hillel, 215 South 39th Street in Philadelphia.

Rabbi Jonathan and Jenny Shulman, the JLIC Torah educators at UPenn, will be the program’s hosts.

Before the program, a select group of student leaders from the University have been invited to have dinner with Rabbi Weil.
