The purpose of the Great Neck Synagogue program, Mr. Buchweitz explains, is to “is to enrich relationships, unite in decision making, strengthen bonds, enhance communication skills, and learn to understand and accept differences in a positive light.”

Rabbi Weil is a graduate of Yeshiva University and has an MBA in finance from New York University. Currently he serves as the Dean of the Harkham-Hillel Hebrew Academy, a Los Angeles elementary school with 700 students.
