OU, Partners, to Present Simchat Beit Hashoeva Celebration, 10/17 at LSS

ORTHODOX UNION, LINCOLN SQUARE SYNAGOGUE, AND CANTORIAL COUNCIL OF AMERICA PRESENT SIMCHAT BEIT HASHOEVA CELEBRATION, OCTOBER 17, FEATURING RAV HERSHEL SCHACHTER AND CHAZZAN ZEV MULLER

The Orthodox Union Department of Community Services | Jewish Community Programs, Lincoln Square Synagogue, and the Cantorial Council of America present a Simchat Beit HaShoeva, a celebration during the holiday of Sukkot of music and dance, commemorating the joyous drawing of the water during Temple times. The program will feature Rav Hershel Schachter, Rabbi and Rosh Yeshiva at the Rabbi Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS) of Yeshiva University.

The festivities will take place on Monday, October 17 (third day of Chol Hamoed Sukkot) at 7:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Square Synagogue Sukkah, 200 Amsterdam Avenue in New York.

The evening, which includes a catered buffet dinner, will also feature music by Zev Muller, Chazzan at the West Side Institutional Synagogue in New York.
