OU JOB BOARD RAFFLES KINDLE TO EXPAND SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE; WINNER TO BE SELECTED BY DRAWING DECEMBER 27
The OU Job Board | Employment and Resumé Opportunities is raffling off a free Kindle to expand its impact as the largest Jewish job presence on Facebook, Twitter and Yahoo Groups. The winner will be selected by drawing on Thursday, December 27.
Each month, the OU Job Board averages of 2,500 posted jobs; 500 uploaded resumés; more than 800 registered hiring companies; and more than 100 employers reviewing resumés at one time. Jobs are posted and monitored on a daily basis. In addition to hosting jobs and resumés, the OU Job Board is a leader in educational “re-tooling” classes; seminars/webinars; Job Fairs; resumé rewrites; and other vital employment and social services.
Michael Rosner, Director of the OU Job Board, remarked, “We want to provide our constituents with a greater voice and a point of direct contact. The idea is to open discussions on urgent needs, and better understand what the Job Board can do to provide additional services. We want to reach out to our community, get their feedback and interact on a national level in order to find a common denominator and focus on solving those persistent problems.”
