OU Invites Singles to Discuss Platonic Relationships, 4/17 at Park East Synagogue

OU SINGLES CONNECTION AND PARK EAST SYNAGOGUE INVITE SINGLES TO DISCUSS THE CHALLENGE OF PLATONIC RELATIONSHIPS, APRIL 17

The Orthodox Union Singles Connection, in conjunction with Park East Synagogue, will present “Let’s Just Be Friends: The Challenge of Platonic Relationships” – roundtable discussions open to singles of all ages. The event will take place beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17 at the OU member shul, located at 163 East 67th Street in Manhattan. The program is open to singles of all ages, and roundtable discussions will be organized by age groups.

The OU Singles Connection is an on-going initiative of the OU Department of Community Services | Jewish community Programs.

Topics for discussion include “Are Platonic Relationship Beneficial or Detrimental?” “Do They Discourage Commitment?” and “What Would You Say to a Person You Have Dated Several Times Who Wants to Break Off the Relationship, But Still Wants to Be Friends?”

Moderators to ensure interactive discussions include:
