MEDIA STATEMENT: Teach PA Congratulates Pennsylvania House Speaker Mike Turzai, 2018 School Choice Champion

LANCASTER, PA: Teach Advocacy Network, a nonpartisan organization advocating for government funding in nonpublic schools, is pleased to congratulate Pennsylvania House Speaker Mike Turzai, the Council on American Private Education’s school choice champion in Pennsylvania. Teach PA, a project of the Orthodox Union and a member of PA CAPE, released a statement today after participating in the award ceremony at Willow Valley Resort in Lancaster.

Teach PA Director Arielle Frankston-Morris said: “We congratulate Speaker Turzai on his well-deserved recognition today. Speaker Turzai consistently sets himself apart as a champion for working families of Pennsylvania hurt by the tuition crisis, and we hope he knows that his recognition today merely scratches the surface of our appreciation.”
