XiGong: Improving Mental and Physical Health

What is Xi Gong?

Xi Gong is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health.

Xi Gong benefits include lowering blood pressure, improving balance, quality of sleep, pain relief, strengthening immune system, increasing bone density, and more.  Xi Gong also has been proven effective in depression and anxiety relief, and stress and stress-related illnesses.

Xi Gong can be practiced standing or sitting.  People with physical limitations can easily adapt the Xi Gong movements to their capabilities and continue to reap the benefits of practice.
