Seeing Good, Feeling Good:  Intro to natural vision healing & calming of the nervous system

In a world full of screens, our eyes and nervous system often become tense and overworked.
This gentle workshop gives you tools to relax the body, release tension, and reconnect with your natural vision — using movement, breath, self-massage, and guided imagery.

You will learn:
• Improve vision & expand peripheral sight
• Absorb more light naturally
• Calm the nervous system
• Use screens without harming your eyes

For people with:
• Nearsightedness / farsightedness
• Cataracts, glaucoma, retina issues
• Eye strain, infections, or neuromuscular issues

Pninah Zoharah, CMT,  is a holistic healer & movement therapist with 30+ years of experience in California and now in Israel.  She developed her own approach — Movement & Spirit — connecting body, mind, and soul to support vision and nervous system healing.
