SPIRIT: 5 Steps to Stop Dieting and Trust Yourself with Food: Make Eating Easy, Enjoyable, and Nourishing for Body and Mind

  • This event has passed.

June 13, 2023 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

What you’ll learn:

  • Why the food rules you’ve been following have been doing you more harm than good.
  • That the real reason you keep dieting are the mindset blocks that are causing you to self-sabotage.
  • Why being a people pleaser is holding you back, and how to move your needs to the front burner.
  • How fighting back against your inner critic will help you find peace with food and your body.
  • Why you need to stop listening to diet gurus and learn to be intuitive, so that you have a healthy relationship with food.

Presented by Bonnie Giller, MS, RDN, CDN, CDE
