Koby Stern is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified fitness coach with a versatile background in both clinical rehab and performance training. He’s worked with high-functioning clients as well as those recovering from injury, with a focus on mobility, strength, and endurance. He is a former tank commander in the Israeli Defense Force and brings a disciplined, structured approach to fitness. He specializes in custom programs that improve movement efficiency, build functional strength, and support long-term physical resilience.

What is Jump Into Shape?
Jump Into Shape is an online, practical way to stay active and healthy in a modest, flexible environment. With a huge variety of classes—weights, Pilates, jump rope (including low-impact ropeless ropes), resistance bands, and more—workouts for all ages can be done anytime and anywhere. Our classes help build strength, energy, and consistency without needing a gym or a big time commitment, and our support provides real-person accountability plus fun contests to keep you motivated. The focus isn’t on show or intensity, but on feeling better day to day—supporting real life, long-term health, and the ability to serve HaShem with more energy and focus.
