OU’s Shul Administrator Conference Sponsor

The OU is excited to announce our Shul Administrator Conference will be held on March 23-25, 2025, in Orlando, Florida.

Conference Information

Accommodation: This year the conference fee includes 2 nights in the luxurious Hilton Altamonte Springs in Orlando.

Itinerary: The conference check in begins on Sunday afternoon (3/23) at 2:00pm and ends on Tuesday afternoon (3/25) at 3:00pm.

Why should I sponsor this conference? Once a year Shul administrators from across the US and Canada gather to learn, network, and research new and innovative services and products for their Shul. This conference is an incredible opportunity to meet and develop relationships with a large contingent of Shuls all in one location.  There will be structured and inviting scheduled times throughout the conference for our participants to meet with you and tour the vendor fair.  We believe that our curated vendors are all essential services for the participating Shuls, and will benefit from this unique networking experience!

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Many of the expenses that the OU pays in advance to our vendors are non-refundable. Therefore, we have developed the following refund schedule to help us cover some of those non-refundable expenses should you need to cancel your participation in the program. (Please note- the policy delineated below is only applicable to the registration fee paid to the OU. For flight, hotel, rental car or other reservations, please contact the vendor directly.)
Upon cancellation, please notify us by phone or email immediately. However, refunds are processed solely upon receipt of WRITTEN NOTIFICATION to the OU. To accomplish this, you may send us an email (using the email address we have for you on file) with your official notice of cancellation.
If your written cancellation is received after February 15, 2025 payments are no longer refundable.
