For all graphics/creative requests, please answer the below questions as thoroughly as possible. A new Request Form is required for each individual request.

What is the goal of this piece? (Educate, Fundraise, Take Action, Invite to Event, Update, etc.)
How are you distributing this piece? (email attachment, body of email, one time or multiple use, in person)
Is your request something that was already being worked on/discussed in Zendesk (creative@ou.org) If yes, please provide a link to the ticket.
Do you have a specific vision for this piece? (e.g. humorous, include image or photo, inspirational, etc.)
What elements do you need?

- E-blast (sent by email)
- OU Homepage Slider (555x360)
- Twitter (1200x675)
- LinkedIn (1200x627)
- Printed Flyer (8.5x11")
