Hachover Yehuda ben Hachover Meir Halevi and Gresia bas Rephael whose yahrzeits are the bookends of the Three Weeks. Upon arrival in America, they settled in Washington Heights. Harry Levi, lovely known as “Mr. Yeshiva”, was at the helm of the Yeshiva Samson Raphael Hirsch for over fifty years with the support and help of his aishes chayil.

Avraham ben Yosef Lieder, whose life’s motto was Mitzvah Gedolah Lehiyos Besimcha Tamid. despite being incarcerated in Buchenwald for 6 1/2 years and his aishes chayil Raizel Miriam bas Naftoli who waited 7 1/2 years to be reunited and married. Never during those dark years did they once waiver in their Emunah and Bitachon.
