Celebrating Three Years of the OU Women’s Initiative

Since we opened our doors three years ago, we are: 

• Learning every Rosh Chodesh with 1,500 women worldwide  
• Studying Torat Imecha Nach Yomi with over 6,000 subscribers  
• Studying Torat Imecha Parsha with over 2,000 subscribers
• Impacting over 60 communities worldwide with Lay Leadership conferences and networking programs  
• Supporting over 400 mikvah attendants worldwide with mikvah leadership seminars, chizuk programs, and networking 

• Networking community leaders in Whatsapp forums, including Sisterhood Presidents, Lay Leaders, Rebbetzins and Mikvah Attendants 
• Celebrating Chagim together with educational and experiential lectures as part of the Ideas and Inspiration programming 
• Growing through Tefillah programs with over 3,000 women during Sefirat HaOmer and Yemei Ratzon 
• Investing in our communities with the Challenge Grant Initiative in sixteen cities around the United States  
• Mentoring Rebbetzins through the OU – YU Rebbetzin Elaine Wolf a”h Rebbetzin to Rebbetzin mentoring program
