SPIRIT: Enrichment Center for Lifelong Learning 2025-2026 Classes

The OU SPIRIT ENRICHMENT CENTER FOR LIFELONG LEARNING  features multi-session courses on a variety of topics. Below you will see a wide variety of topics for this year.
Can’t make the date or time of the class?  You won’t miss anything!  All Enrichment courses are recorded, and registrants will receive each recording and any materials for the session.

Each course has 4 sessions.  The charge for 1 course:  $100 / 2 courses: $190 / 3 courses: $270  / 4 courses: $340 / 5 courses: $400 / 6 courses: $450  Please note:  The OU SPIRIT program does not want financial challenges to preclude an individual’s participation.  Partial scholarships may be available.  Please contact Rebbetzin Judi Steinig for any financial issues.

POSTURAL THERAPYMondays, 11 am EST, starting November 3
Now in its 3rd year at OU SPIRIT!  Join Postural Therapist, Joey Zimet for fun in an engaging all new 4-week course designed to improve your posture, movement, and long-term health. You will experience physical and emotional benefits while gaining tools to breathe, balance, and function more optimally. YOGA FOR THE EYES:  SEEING CLEARLY, LIVING FULLYWednesday, 11 am EST, starting December 3
A four-week journey to improving your vision naturally through movement, relaxation, meditation, and inner connection.  The course will provide exercises to improve vision & expand peripheral sight / absorb more light naturally / calm the nervous system / use screens without harming one’s eyes.  This program is for people with nearsightedness or farsightedness / cataracts, glaucoma, retina issues / eye strain, infections, or neuromuscular issues.  The sessions are led by Pnina Zoharah, CMT, a Holistic healer & movement therapist with 30+ years of experience in California and now in Israel. YOU NAME IT! TECHNIQUES TO REMEMBER NAMES Wednesdays, 11 AM EST, starting January 14
