Postion Summary:

The Creative Marketing Fellow will support the team with junior design work, social media content, and basic video editing while following brand guidelines. The role will also include organizing assets, managing production logistics, and collaborating with designers and project managers across creative projects.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the creative team with junior-level design work, including basic flyers, simple layouts, and light asset creation, working within established brand guidelines. 
  • Assist with junior social media execution, including preparing visual assets, resizing graphics, and helping organize and schedule content across platforms. 
  • Provide entry-level video support, such as basic video editing, trimming clips, formatting files, and preparing content for web and social use. 
  • Help with creative production logistics, including organizing assets, maintaining shared folders, and supporting ongoing projects across departments. 
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and project managers to gain hands-on experience across multiple creative disciplines.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software
  • Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Canva
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools, with an understanding of brand consistency
  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills to manage assets and support multiple creative projects
