Where is the Executive Fellowship based?

The Executive Fellowship is based in the OU’s Headquarters in Lower Manhattan

How much does a fellow make?

$43,000 (distributed over 12 months)

Does a fellow get benefits?

Yes. The fellows get the benefits that the OU of offer.

How does the application process work?

You apply online through the fellowship website

What does rolling admissions mean?

Rolling admissions for a fellowship means applications are reviewed as they are submitted, not all at once after a deadline. Decisions are made continuously, so earlier applications may be considered sooner, and while more spots are available.

How do I pick which department I want to be part of?

Through the application, you can rate the departments by placing your choices in order.

How does the interview process work?

If you are chosen, you will meet with a representative from our talent team. If they think you are a good fit, then you will be moving on to the department(s). In the department round you will be meeting with one or two representatives of that department.

Does the fellowship go on overnight trips?

Yes. There will be 3-4 overnight trips.
