Position Overview: 

The NCSY Marketing Fellow will play a key role in promoting NCSY’s mission by developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media platforms, and supporting various marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Content Creation & Branding: 

  • Develop engaging content for digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and newsletters. 
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with NCSY’s branding guidelines and messaging. 
  • Assist in writing and editing copy for various platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing. 

Digital Marketing & Social Media: 

  • Manage and grow NCSY’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). 
  • Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and impact. 
  • Assist in website updates and content management. 
  • Support paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to enhance visibility and engagement. 

Event Promotion & Communications: 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for NCSY events, programs, and fundraising initiatives. 
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and donor communications. 
  • Work with regional teams to promote local events and initiatives. 

Data & Analytics: 

  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Assist in maintaining an organized database of marketing materials, media assets, and reports. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements (all preferred): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. 
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact). 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Passion for Jewish community engagement and familiarity with Jewish culture and values are a plus.
