Biography
Batyah Brander, ne’ Lahasky, is a New York native, living in Los Angeles for over 30 years. Batyah earned her bachelor’s degree from Cooper Union School of Engineering and her teaching certificate from Machon Gold Seminary. Over the past 30 years, she has been involved in Jewish Education on the High School and adult level. She currently teaches Nach and STEM at Machon Los Angeles and for the LINK Kollel, which her husband founded. Mrs. Batyah Brander enjoys challenging herself and her students to delve deeply into the text and uncover the multilayered majesty that G-d has planted within His Torah.
