 The Mesorah Torah Journal Mesorah is a Hebrew Torah journal published by the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union and edited by Rabbi Menachem Genack, Rabbinic Administrator of the Kashruth Division, and Rabbi Hershel Schechter, Halakhic Advisor for the Kashruth Division. Mr. Julius Berman, former president of the Orthodox Union and former chairman of the Kashruth Commission, serves as chairman of the Mesorah Commission.Mesorah, which is published either annually or semi-annually, is sold by subscription.
