June 14, 2020

With new challenges facing Jewish organizations every day, the OU Women’s Initiative Summit is an opportunity for leaders to adapt and adjust their organizations’ programming, operations and fundraising with a like-minded community of learners.

Topics will include:

  • Programming – current program challenges and ideas, reimagining program needs and formats post COVID-19, long term impact of virtual programming.

  • Boards and Leadership – virtual meetings and the effects on interpersonal dynamics, working together – alone.

  • Budgets and Fundraising – long term impact on our current organizational economic models, with lessons from the recessions in 2008; fundraising with sensitivity; COVID-19’s impact on fundraising.

  • Reimagining organizations and their goals and missions in response to a new reality.

Join lay leaders from across the country in reimagining new strategies for our organizations’ missions, programming and financial wellbeing in 2020 and beyond.
