The Leadership Summit sessions will focus on:
- Lay-Leadership Development
- Smart and Strategic Programming
- Work-Life-Volunteering Balance
Sessions are designed to create meaningful conversations about engaging and retaining volunteers, effective use of social media, personal leadership strengths, community spiritual growth, and other lay-leadership challenges for 21st Century Orthodox women. Expert consultants, educators, and leaders in the field will deliver workshops, sessions, and other presentations throughout the program.
In addition, participants will have the opportunity to foster relationships with each other and find camaraderie among a cohort of like-minded peers. They will work together to develop Impact Plans for their communities geared toward meeting the needs of the women in their respective cities.
