Rav Moshe Feinstein was asked a bunch of questions about tough medical choices–Can we withhold treatment from some patients, to let them pass away without further suffering? Can we “prefer” a patient with hopes of cure to one we’re treating palliatively? May a patient refuse care, and if so, when?
