Going the Extra Mile for NCSY

Biking can be good for your health.

Your spiritual health, that is.

About seventy bikers from across the Eastern Seaboard discovered this while enjoying a breathtaking bike tour to raise funds to send teens to Israel. Held this past June in New York’s Hudson Valley, the tour—ranging from fifteen to one hundred miles—raised $72,000 and brought together bikers on all levels for one goal: to support the critical work of NCSY. The tour was organized by Bike NCSY, a new fundraiser which partnered with Bike NY. “Riding in Bike NCSY was an incredible experience,” said Chaia Frishman of Far Rockaway, an avid cyclist. “We knew we were doing something that was good for us and great for the future of the Jewish people.”
