Add olive oil and get hot. Add leeks and chili pepper and mix well let cook for 5 minutes, mixing periodically.<\/li>\n<li>Add rest of ingredients except basil. Bring to boil and turn down. Let cook for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Turn off and add fresh basil when ready to serve. Add salt to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Notes and Tips<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<div>If you have a stock that doesn\u2019t have much flavor, your soup won\u2019t either.
