We all know Chia seeds are healthy.<\/p>\n<p>Do you eat them for their:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High amount of fiber?<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin content (calcium, phosphorous, and manganese)?<\/li>\n<li>Antioxidant and omega-3 properties?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Regardless of the reason, we\u2019ll tell you how to eat them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Throw them straight in a blender\/recipe<\/li>\n<li>Mix with 3 parts water to make a \u201cgel\u201d consistency (can be used as a substitute for 1 egg in baking)<\/li>\n<li>Mix with liquid and let sit overnight for a healthy breakfast pudding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kosher Status<\/span>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kosher when in an unprocessed, raw form.<br \/>\nProcessed or flavored?
