From a 30-Minute Thin Crust Pizza to a Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream, your milchig recipe arsenal just received a welcome boost.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a couple of recipes to get you started:<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Hasselback Baguette<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>3\u00a0to 4 servings<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>2 Tablespoons oil<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 small red onion, diced<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 red bell pepper, diced<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bd teaspoon\u00a0dried basil<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc teaspoon\u00a0kosher salt<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Pinch coarse black pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 (24-inch) baguette<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Shredded cheese<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Equipment<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>3 long wooden skewers<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instructions<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-post-36096 wp-image-36107\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ou.org\/life\/files\/dairy1.jpg\" alt=\"dairy1\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ou.org\/life\/files\/dairy1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ou.org\/life\/files\/dairy1-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Preheat oven to 475\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a saut\u00e9 pan over medium heat. Add onion and saut\u00e9 for 3\u00a0to 4 minutes. Add pepper and saut\u00e9 for an additional 3 minutes. Season with basil, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Cut off the ends of the baguette; discard ends or reserve for another purpose. Slice baguette into 1\u00bd inch thick slices (you should have about 15 slices). Slit each slice through the top, leaving the lower end uncut.<\/li>\n<li>Thread each skewer through uncut (lower) part of 5 slices. Add vegetable mixture and cheese into each slit. Place skewers onto prepared baking sheet, cheese side up.<\/li>\n<li>Place baking sheet on upper oven rack (top quarter of oven) and bake for 4\u00a0to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and top of bread is slightly browned.<\/li>\n<li>Remove skewers and serve mini sandwiches alongside a salad and dipping sauces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tips<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve these sandwiches alongside a selection of dressings, such as our Creamy Parmesan Dressing on page 54, Pesto Mayo Dressing on page 56, or Garlic Dressing on page 62.<\/li>\n<li>You can experiment with different cheeses inside your Hasselback Baguettes. We like Natural &amp; Kosher\u2019s Mexican blend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Baked Roasted Veggie Pasta<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-post-36096 wp-image-36109\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ou.org\/life\/files\/dairy2.jpg\" alt=\"dairy2\" width=\"300\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ou.org\/life\/files\/dairy2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ou.org\/life\/files\/dairy2-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>8 servings<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>1 lb. fusilli or penne pasta<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 red onions, cut into wedges<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 zucchini, cut into half moons<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc cup olive oil<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bd teaspoon garlic powder<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Kosher salt, to taste<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Coarse black pepper, to taste<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 Tablespoon chopped fresh or frozen basil<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instructions<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare pasta according to package directions.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. In a 9&#215;13-inch pan, combine cherry tomatoes, red onions, and zucchini. Toss with olive oil and garlic powder. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.<\/li>\n<li>Add pasta to vegetables and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to broil and broil for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add feta cheese and basil; stir to combine (the heat will melt the cheese). Serve hot or at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tips<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You can add more veggies to the mix.
