It is very rich but if cheesecake is your once a year indulgence, this is the one to go all out for. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Oreo Cheesecake<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>16 to 20 servings.<\/p>\n<p><em>Very rich and very good.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 20 cookies)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 Tablespoons butter, melted<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc cup brown sugar<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 lbs. cream cheese, softened<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\u00bc cups sugar<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/3-cup pareve [non-dairy] whip<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>4 eggs<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 cups coarsely crumbled Oreos<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/3 cup pareve [non-dairy] whip<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\u00bc cups semisweet chocolate chips<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instructions<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Combine first 3 ingredients and press mixture in bottom and up sides of a 10-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add 1\u00bc cups sugar, beating well. Add 1\/3-cup pareve whip, flour and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs one at time, beating well after every addition.<\/li>\n<li>Pour 3\u00bd cups of this batter into prepared crust. Top with crumbled cookies.<\/li>\n<li>Pour remaining batter over cookies.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and chill 8 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Remove sides of pan.<\/li>\n<li>Combine 1\/3-cup pareve whip with chocolate chips in a small saucepan.<\/li>\n<li>Stir over low heat until chocolate melts.
