Tortillas can be served alongside a meal like bread, fried as chips and served with salsa or baked for enchiladas, fried for tacos or grilled for quesadillas.<\/p>\n<p>Tacos are probably the most well known and consumed Mexican dish. Enchiladas are tortillas stuffed with vegetables and meat then folded and covered in a tomato and chili sauce and baked. Quesadillas are tortillas stuffed with cheese (and other ingredients), folded and grilled. A burrito is a tortilla filled with meat and other stuff. And finally there\u2019s the tamale.
