It is easy to make and boy is it good! Another reason why I never lose weight on Pesach! There are actually so many good Pesach desserts\u2026the wonders of chocolate and potato starch!<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>3 cups chocolate (whatever kind you like, depending on your taste preferences and if you would like it to be dairy or pareve)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\u00bd cups toasted matza farfel<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00be cup toasted chopped nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts or almonds or some combination)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc cup dried apricots, diced<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc cup chopped marshmallows<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc cup dried cranberries<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instructions<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add rest of ingredients, mixing well.<\/li>\n<li>Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.<\/li>\n<li>Drop tablespoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the paper.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate until hardened.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from waxed paper and place in Ziploc bags. Swirl together with a skewer or knife, making sure to spread batter evenly in the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 30 minutes.
