With a generous research grant from the Orthodox Union, Dr. Ari Greenspan and Dr. Ari Z. Zivotofsky visited the dwindling Egyptian communities of Alexandria and Cairo last year, offering hope and encouragement to the few remaining Jews and to learn more about the rich Jewish life that once was.
